The blade is made of T-10 steel, featuring a full tang, pure manual forging, differential heat treatment, and clay tempering. It has a real hamon and is hand-ground through more than a dozen processes, making it as sharp as a razor. This wakizashi can easily cut A4 paper and tatami.

The fittings, including the tsuba set, habaki, and seppa, are made of high-quality Japanese brass, ensuring excellent assembly and durability. The tsuka is crafted with hardwood, covered in real ray skin and high-quality ito, securely wrapped to prevent movement during training or fighting.
