Handmade Sword is a well-known and authentic hand-forged sword company that specializes in the creation of Japanese samurai swords. We offer a comprehensive range of swords, including Wakizashi, Tanta, and various sword accessories. We employ two primary forging methods: Heat Tempered and Clay Tempered. All Handmade Sword blades are full tang, engraved with the signature of the swordsmith, and can be fully disassembled and reassembled. The majority of our functional blades are crafted from high-carbon content steel, while we also offer blades made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy for Aikido training purposes.

The fittings on our swords, including the Tuba, are primarily made of brass. However, for the Tuba, we utilize a variety of materials, such as copper, brass, iron, or alloy, depending on the specific requirements of each sword.

The handles and Saia (scabbards) are crafted from wood or other specified materials. Most handles are covered with ray skin and wrapped with Japanese cotton Ito.
