Crafted with exquisite attention to detail, the blade is made from Clay Tempered T10 Steel with a Choji Hamon finish. It is laminated in a maru configuration, using a single type of mono steel. The process of differential hardening, clay tempering, water quenching, and polishing involves 14 distinct grinding processes, resulting in a mirror finish and a striking blade white effect.

The Tsuka (handle) is made of wooden material and is wrapped with real ray skin, featuring a traditional leather ITO wrap. Additionally, a mekugi (peg) is fixed, allowing for disassembly. The Saya (scabbard) is made of hardwood with a lacquer work finish.
