Japanese Samurai Wakizashi Sword, Hand Forged 1045 Carbon Steel, Sharp

Introducing the Sharpened Wakizashi Sword, model number 763. This sword features a Wave Tsuba (small) and Fuchigashira (hilt collar and pommel) with a wave design, crafted from 1045 Carbon Steel. The blade is fully hand forged and heat tempered, with a long hi (blood groove) and a sharpened edge achieved using a Japanese Whetstone. The sword also boasts a Hamon (Tempered line) for added authenticity.

The Tsuka (Handle) is made from wood and covered in genuine ray skin, wrapped in black cotton ito with menuki. The tang is full and comes with 2 wooden pegs (mekugi) which are engraved with the Swordsmith's signature. The Saya (Scabbard) is made from black piano lacquered wood, wrapped in black cotton sageo (cord). This sword has the added feature of being fully disassemblable and reassemblable.
