Handcrafted from Clay Tempered T10 steel with a Choji Hamon, the BAYCANTO Sword is a 40.6 inch Japanese Katana with real Samurai Kendo Dull Treasure Wakizashi. The craftsmanship of this blade is impressive, laminated in a maru configuration using a single type of mono steel, and achieving a mirror finish and striking blade white effect through 14 distinct grinding processes, clay tempering, water quenching, and differential hardening.

The dimensions of the sword are as follows: Overall length is 40.9 inches (104 cm), with the blade measuring 28.0 inches (71 cm) and the Tsuka at 10.6 inches (27 cm). The blade width is 1.26 inches (3.2 cm) and the thickness measures at 0.28 inches (0.7 cm). The blade material is Clay Tempered T10 Steel with a Hamon, and the total weight of the sword is approximately 2.87 pounds (1.3 kg).

The Tsuka, wrapped in real ray skin, is a wooden handle with a lacquer work finished SAYA made of hardwood. The handle and blade are secured by bamboo nails, ensuring that the blade will not detach from the handle under any circumstances, and can be disassembled if needed.
